Deep house master Edmund from Spain keeps on building his discography with massive releases. This week he also gives one of this beauties away, because he reached 2.000 followers on his Facebook page.
T/LEC aka Tony Bove is a master of his craft. He was approached by Tulipa Recordings owner Summer (Brendon Collins) to create a mix compilation specific to his personal style.
Tony spent months collecting tracks for the monumental Blooming.
Tony has long been an artist, friend, and contributor to Tulipa Recordings and the label was honored to have him take on the adventurous task of collecting exclusive music from talented producers across the globe. The result is a triumphant mix that takes us on an exhilarating journey through the soul of modern day electronic music. Tony’s taste is impeccable and it is obvious that he is an innovator at heart. Blooming is riddled with deep ingenuities, impulsive grooves, and melodically-coherent layers that soar above the average mix, solidifying T/LEC’s position in the music industry as an accomplished DJ and forward thinking producer.
“Like most mix compilations, Blooming represents the sounds that currently make up who I am as a DJ and music artist. Going further it also represents the blueprint of this mix with its evolvement in sound and to which most of the tracks were produced by up and coming artists still looking to make their mark on the industry, including myself. As a result, compiling and constructing this mix was very challenging yet very rewarding. Whatever your interpretation, my hope is that it makes a good mark on you as well (at least for the next hour).”
Support from: Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Martin Garcia, Guy Mantzur, Cid Inc, Darin Epsilon, Kassey Voorn, Pena, Soundexile, Paul Hazendonk and more..
It is easy to get lost in the atmosphere that the track ‘Talking to Yourself’ creates. Lush melodies and driving arpeggios together with dark trippy voices and heavy basslines will suck you right in. While ‘Velvet Skylight’ takes you in to a more gritty electronic journey.. Perfect peak time track!
Deepfunk also started his own radio show called “Distribute”
Broadcasted on Frisky Radio every 2nd Tuesday of the Month.
Time: 8am PST / 11pm New York / 12am Buenos Aires

After winning the award for best next generation talent at the Amsterdam Dance Event the past year has been all about full filling that promise. Releasing EP’s and remixes on increasingly big labels and a Yacht Week residency are an indication that they are on the right track!
To give you a small impression of what the Tim & Maxwell have been up to during the summer, here is a teaser of their remix for Berlin Tech House Guru Horatio’s label Natural Rhythm.
The Yacht Week is quite plainly the biggest floating party in Europe. Each week during the summer 1500 people sail to a new party location on 3 routes in Greece, Croatia and Italy. Dj’s from all over the world are flown in to accommodate these party people and Flavourables are the only DJ’s that managed to get a 2 week residency during the event. Take a quick peak at what it was like:
For many years, Luke Chable has been described as one of the best Progressive House producers around. From his first release “Accelerator” to his worldwide seminal hit “Ride” (with Danny Bonnici) or his classic track “Melburn” (signed by John Digweed on “Bedrock”), it’s has been a non stop series of belters for more than 5 years straight.
After countless classic originals & remixes topping the charts all over the world, Luke took a well deserved rest away from the scene for a couple of years, only to come back even stronger. At the end of 2011, Luke came out of nowhere & took the world by storm again, with a fantastic return “Foundation” EP, which proved Luke still has what it takes to produce quality, soulful & melodic grooves. While the EP climbed its way up on the Beatport Top 5 releases sales, its leading track, “Substrate”, got rewarded “Best Track” of the year by cult UK act “King Unique”. This year we see his hit single “Ride” getting a re-release on Armada Music with some great remixes
With his dj sets being more techy nowadays Luke is still on top of his game and ready to dj all over the world. Feel free to contact us for availability and more information or click one of the links below.
Edmund, AKA 34-year-old San Sebastian native Diego Villar Ibero, should need no introduction to househeads worldwide. Since 2005, he’s turned out a string of consistently high-quality tracks and remixes for such respected labels as, Adaptation, Nulu, Loco Records, Deep Class, Seamless, Clubstar, DeepWit, Daddy Funk, So Sound, Large Music and Salted Music.
Edmund’s releases to date have covered a wide range of deep house styles, from the techy to the soulful – but with this debut album, coming on the mighty i! Records, he demonstrates more versatility than ever before. The quality is high throughout, and the programming of the album – with slower tracks interspersed among the club stompers, rather than the BPMs rising from start to finish – means that this is that rarest of treasures: a house album that actually SOUNDS like an album, not just a collection of tracks, and one that will repay repeated listening.
